We handle school owner information as confidential deal data, not as marketing data. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This website is operated on behalf of a leading educational group headquartered in India that is actively acquiring running CBSE-affiliated schools across metros, state capitals, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities Pan India. In this policy, 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to that group and its authorised acquisitions team.
For any privacy question, correction request or grievance, write to chirayu@gmail.com with the subject line 'Privacy Request'.
We only collect what you voluntarily submit through the acquisition enquiry form or by writing to us. We do not buy lists, we do not scrape school directories, and we do not ask for student or parent data at any point.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not add you to newsletters or bulk mailing lists.
Acquisition conversations are commercially sensitive. Enquiry data is accessible only to the small internal acquisitions team and to professional advisors (legal, tax, audit) engaged on a specific transaction, each bound by confidentiality obligations.
We will not disclose that your school is exploring a sale to competing schools, local media, parents, staff or vendors. If you would prefer that we not contact you at the school's official number or email, tell us in the form's notes field and we will honour it.
Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled managed cloud database with row-level security, encrypted in transit over HTTPS and encrypted at rest by the hosting provider. Notification copies of enquiries may be delivered to our acquisitions inbox.
Some infrastructure providers may process or store data outside India. Where that happens, transfers are made only to jurisdictions permitted under applicable Indian law and under contractual safeguards with the provider.
Enquiries that do not match our mandate are retained for up to 24 months so that we can revisit them if our criteria change, then deleted. Enquiries that progress to diligence or a transaction are retained for as long as required under contract, tax and statutory record-keeping rules. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
This site uses only essential cookies and local storage needed for the site to function. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. Any aggregate traffic measurement we use is limited to page-level counts and does not profile individuals.
This site is intended for school owners, trustees, society members and their advisors. We do not knowingly collect data about children. Please do not include student names, photographs, admission records or any student-level information in your enquiry or attachments.
We apply access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and least-privilege permissions. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify affected parties and the relevant authority as required by law.
We may update this policy as our processes or the law change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use existing enquiry data will be communicated to affected parties directly.
